Jump Practice in Jackson Blue Horseshoe Circuit

On Wednesday, we did more practice diving for Penny’s class.  On the first dive it was a relaxing go of it up the mainline until we hit turn pressure, but on the next dive, Penny wanted me to run reel.  So I did a bit of a “speed reel” gig to see how fast I could get back to the tie-off point, and then I jumped from the mainline onto the Horseshoe circuit….. down and past Arrow 27 into the tunnel.  On the next dive, Penny practiced going the same way.

It’s cool to focus on the smaller tunnels and passages in Jackson Blue where so many just go for distance on the mainline.  Once Penny completes her full cave, we’re looking forward to do more of this.
